How To Contact Facebook Support Directly

I need to contact Facebook Support. I can't get on my account because it says it's temporarily disable as someone tried to get in using an unknown device. They asked me a security question that I know doesn't relate to me. I used a proxy login as my employer disabled Facebook on our network.
