Can`t Confirm Phone Number To Verify My Account To Log In.

Wenever I give my number it is rejectid with 1 of 2 explanations. It says ether "you are requesting to many codes in a short period of time" or it says "our systems are currently overloaded.Then it tells me to "try again latter".It dose this over & over.It has done this for more than a week.How do I get my facebook account back?

I had the same problem. If you live in the US, it seems Facebook's system wants dashes between the area code, prefix, and number. So 212-555-1212. I was entering my number without, as 2125551212 and got the "system overloaded". I decided to try with dashes, and it worked immediately. I don't know about other countries, though.

Obviously, your account are banned due to the overloading of codes or constantly entering wrong passwords. The best thing you have to do is to check your email service because perhaps there might be a facebook message there saying the certain period of time that you can access your account.
