When I Click A Photo All I See Are The Comments And Not The Picture

When I click on a photo from any of my friends album or even in my own album, it use to enlarge the picture and show all the comments under it, but now when I click on a photo all that shows are the comments and no picture. This only happens on my laptop. Is there a program that I have to download that my have been deleted by mistake
