How Do I Clear Email Address To Open A New Account?
My 2 email addresses are blocked by accounts which no longer exist - how do I clear these?

Please try the steps mentioned in the below link to remove the email from your account and then you can create a new account.
In case issue still persists would suggest you to permanently delete your account and create a new one. Click below to know more about deleting an account permanently.
