While Chatting On Fb The Other Person Shows I Go Offline Alot. Please Help.

While on FB chatting, the other person I am chatting with shows that I go offline frequently when that is not the problem at all. I thought at first it was the hotspot I purchased thru Sprint but figured out itt wasn't. After searching the FB help engine, I found that several other customers were having the same problem. Please help me. Thank you so much.
