Chat Is Disabled! How Do I Fix This?

For the users who has newly started their Facebook account....

First check your mail, welcome to the facebook and click the link start now. Then you will finish making your account and you will be able to chat....Happy chatting!!!

There should be a chat box at the bottom right corner of the screen once you are logged in to your facebook account. If it says "offline" Click on it and it should automatically sign you back into chat.
