How Do We Get Into Our Bus Facebook Account If The Previous Owners Forgot Pass

we purchased a business with a facebook account already in the name of the business. They have forgotten the password and it is not related to our email to retrive it how do I get a new password, we need to keep the same name

I'm puzzled. If you purchased the Facebook business account and weren't given the password as part of the purchase, you didn't buy anything thing since the password is the only way to access the account.

"Perhaps" the former owners of the business account can allow you to access their email account so that you can change the password, access the account and then change both the mailing email and the password.

What I'm really trying to say is that the former account owners defaulted on the purchase agreement by not giving you the key to the store.
