Can I Block Certain Friends From Seeing My Posts?

I have a facebook friend that would be really insulted if I de-friended, but I don't want her seeing my posts because we disagree so strongly and it leads to arguments.  Is there a setting to keep a particular person from being able to see your posts in their newsfeed? Thanks for any help you can give.
