How Do I Ask A Question To A Person Who Can Help Me Recover My Facebook Account.

I first signed up with my old email name under my name Sherri Schmid. Then I changed my account to a new account under my new email address b/c I could not remember my old account password and I changed my email address. Then I went back to my old facebook account as everyone I knew was on this account, I even opened up an account for my son who is a professional actor. Recently I cannot recover this account from " because it keeps saying there is another person with this account. I then cancelled my other account that was under so I could recover my old facebook account but everytime I try it just keeps saying "The email address you entered is already in use on another Facebook account."This is very frustrating and I don't know what to do. Can you please help. My account may have been hacked. Can you see why I need to talk to a representitive? Its too confusing to type here. I just want to be able to get back onto my account under my old email but I no longer use this email.

it takes 14 days for Facebook to delete an account.
