How Do I Add Photos Posted On My Profile Page To My Photo Album?

I FOUND MY OLD FACEBOOK ACCOUNT WITH TONS OF PICS I SHARED THEM WITH MYSELF AND THEY CAME UP ON MY PROFILE PAGE FOR MY NEW ACCOUNT. hOW DO i add the pics to my photo album now?
