How Do I Add People Who Have Sent Friend Requests To Lists Automatically?

Currently when I send a friend request I can add people to lists using a drop down menu, but when I add people who send me a request there is no option for this and I then have to manually go to lists to add them. I have a large group of friends and contacts and lists is an important management feature to me.
