You can request a password reset by clicking the "Forgot your password?" link located near the "Login" button on the login page. Facebook will then send you an email with a link to reset your password. You will have to be able to retrieve mail at the email address youregistered with Facebook.

You can use the forgot password of your account which your information will be sent to your email address. However, if you have forgotten your email address, you cannot retrieve your account. The best thing you can do is to create another account, add your previous friends to your new account, and of course don't forget again your username and password.
