Cant Get My Account Back

I recieved a message which said, " your facebook timeline cannot be identified to being you". The next step was to provide an id which I did. When will I get my account back. They just say thanks and wait till we have reviewed your account.

Greetings - If the whole thing took place today, it the account could be in place by tommorow noon or the day following. These reviews are performed by real people it seems and thus may be depended on staff's working days. While all this precautions are taken by them for the safety of our privacy and more, it becomes sad of cause when we are inconvenience thereby.
