Account Temporarily Closed?

My account was closed as of yeasterday they are saying it does not show my real name and wants me to send proof of who I am. I have done this but still no response. My real name shows on the account no sure how more real they want. I have replied to their email three time with no more response from them. Any Idea how to fix this act of stupidity?
