My Accont Has Been Suspending And. Dont Know Email Password. What Should I Do

my account has been suspended cause my ex girlfriend tried to log in using a bunch of differnt passwords and i forgot my password to my email account so i cant get the reset code. what should i do?

There are two possible solutions to this problem.

You could log in with an alternate email address you may have registered with Facebook.
You could fill out this Facebook form for folks with expired or invalid addresses.
