I Cannot Access My Facebook Page, Even Though Im Connected To Net

I cannot access my facebook page even though im connected to internet it allows me to view my page but does not allow me to go any further it just tells me this page could not be found. it also displays a new privacy statement advising me to accept new conditions however when i press button to accept and conitnue it keeps displaying the same box over and over.
