I Cant Access My Facebook Because Facebook Has My Account Locked

apparently its locked due to it being accessed from another location well it has me locked out and no matter what info i add its not unlocking it for me this is crap and i want it fixed asap.. i have done eveerything it told me to do and it still wont unlock my facebook please help me

Facebook's spam detection system has determined (rightly or wrongly) suspicious or deceptive activity that violates Facebook's Statement of Rights and Responsibilities. We disabled Facebook accounts that violate our terms. This includes:

Continued prohibited behavior after receiving a warning or multiple warnings from Facebook
Unsolicited contact with others for the purpose of harassment, advertising, promoting, dating or other inappropriate conduct
Use of a fake name
Impersonation of a person or entity, or other misrepresentation of identity
Posting content that violates our terms
