How Can I Access My Facebook Account When It Has Been Temporarly Unavailable

I cannot log in to my facebook account. It says it is temporarily unavailable. It says I have an infection but when I do a scan it says I have no infections. The help page says they will help me and get rid of any infections. There is five steps to go thru and I can't even get thru the first step. What can I do to get back on my facebook account? Thank you for any help that you can give me.
