How Can I Access My Account?

Have been locked out since second time I accessed FB. Continues to say my date of birth is wrong. This has been going on for months. Please help! If for not other reason than to stop receiving phone notifications from friends that wake me up at 3:30 am nearly every day. Thank you for any help you can provide.
