Unauthorized Bank Withdrawal.

bank statement says recurring payment withdrawal of $100 will be withdrawn monthly for Facebook credits.  (650-543-7818 CAUS)  FI ref. ID 20110801031116580.  Date of withdrawal: 7-28-2011

If you did not authorize this transaction then the first thing you need to do is contact your bank and inform them that the withdrawals were not authorized by you. Once the payments are not paid the credits will not be issued and the issuer will either contact you for further information, at which time you can file a report, or you can be proactive and contact Facebook and file a report about the unauthorized transaction.
