A New Ad Was Placed When We Were Trying To Edit The Existing Ad.

Since the ad manager help section is very confusing this new ad was placed without knowing it and now being charged over $60.00 and we cannot contact anyone to get it refunded and now the actual ad has been paused by Facebook until this amount is settled. Facebook seems to make their ad pages confusing so that this will happen and they can get free money. why can't we contact anyone by phone and why can't we get this amount refunded since it was essentially fraud.
