Hi there, there was an error with cityville when $20 was charged on my Visa and that was not the button that was pushed and know im being charged can you please see what happened i'm also getting alot of errors when i try to play. For example i press the play money to expand my city then it takes it, then i don't get my property but the coins where used up...?? lots of issues with expansion...this is not the only issue but it is the major one i've seen thoughout this game. my e-mailis [email protected] and my name in facebook is eva molnar-gomes. please help me out i'm a little peeved!! p.s just so you know i only purchased once for $2 for a little play money. but not the 20 US. Thanks.

first you need to call your bank and make a claim on a unauthorized charge and explain to them it was only authorized for $2. second you will need to go here to the cityville support page and let them know the problem you are having
