Why was I charged $44.10 through PayPal on my account to my checking did not authorize it. Marcie

Tell Paypal that you did not authorize the charge. They are usually very good about removing charges that you did not approve. If they refuse, tell them you will have to pull a chargeback with your credit card company. That will usually get them to remove the charge.
