1. We are not Facebook.

2. We do not answer all questions. We especially don't answer questions that require us to refer to transactions to which we have no access.

3. If the charges were not authorized, your best course is probably to dispute them with your credit/debit card provider. You can also complain to the California Dept. of Consumer Affairs, at 916-445-1254.
