Why Is There No Way To Get Immediate Help From Fb?

It is very frustrating trying to get help from FB.There is no one or where to call. If you send a msg it takes forever for them to get back to you if they do at all. There isnt always a friend avail who can help,esp if you cant even get on FB.I have tried everything it says on their out fb page to get back into my acct. I have not done anything wrong. I was sick for several months and did not go online.Nor do I have internet ser at home anymore so I came to the library. FB simply made it impossible for me to get in ,after making me jump through hoops by renewing my pw and doing captchas over and over.Then it tells me to contact operations.Does anybody in the world know how to do that?Because I certainly cant find anything by the name of operations to contact.It doesnt even say my acct is locked for 24 hrs.It just says contact operations.yeah.I would love to if it existed.

"... it tells me to contact operations." Are you sure that instruction came from Facebook? I have never heard of an "operations" contact for Facebook? My best advice (if you haven't yet done it) is to file the report at http://www.facebook.com/help/contact/?id=357439354283890.

Go to http://www.facebook.com/help/448016908560157for instructions on reporting an issue. Otherwise, there are three ways of obtaining help from Facebook:

Navigate from www.facebook.com/help to a section most likely to answer your concern. A few of these offer email support.
Use the help search bar at the top of that page (and the other help pages).
Turn to Facebook/s help discussions at http://www.facebook.com/help/?section=community.

You may write or phone Facebook, but whether you’ll get a response is another matter. Here’s Facebook’s contact information:
