Uploading A Video To Fb

i select and upload a video and 5 minutes later fb tells me that i have to select a video to upload.

Your ability to upload videos may have been disabled because you have repeatedly uploaded videos which appear to contain copyrighted material owned by a third party, such as video clips or background audio.
