I Unfriended & Then Blocked My Ex She Is Harrassing Me Because I Just Got Full C

custody of our children. somehow she unblocked herself from my blocked list but is still not my friend. she keeps sending me messages so i tried to block her again. It says i cant for 48 hours? Why is this and how did she unblock herself?

if your profile is public she can still access it change privacy settings in account to friends for all options
