You will need to complete Facebook's security check, then you'll have to wait 24 hours to log into your Facebook account. This waiting period is an extra security precaution.

You can go here to view the options available, with additional links for how to complete this check.

Once at the link, please click on the title My Account's Locked... as this would be your starting point.
