How Can I Speak To Someone At Facebook Directly As I Have Some Problems

i need a few problems sorting there has been a mix up with my email address the only email address that i can access is [email protected] dont know why but i can no longer access [email protected] but because i am not good with computers i have messed up bigtime fb kept asking me for a new email addy but i must have used [email protected] somewhere else so if someone at fb gets this please can you help me put this right the only email i can access is [email protected] even though i log into fb with the other one i would like it changed to this one and would be greatful if someone from fb could call me direct on another very serious query that i dont want to right down incase it gets into the wrong hands thank you very much hope some from fb gets this m x

Facebook unfortunately does not currently offer personal support. There are basically three ways of obtaining help from Facebook:

Navigate from www.facebook.com/help to a section most likely to answer your concern. A few of these offer email support.
Use the help search bar at the top of that page (and the other help pages).

Turn to Facebook's help discussions.

You may write or phone Facebook, but whether they'll respond to your concerns is another matter. Here's the contact information:
