Someone Has Setted Up A Nasty Account For Me And Want To Delete It Asap. Please

i am not sure who but someone used my most recent picture from my facebook account and set up an account under the name of Ali Max. I really want to delete this account permanently ASAP. PLease Advice. you can reach me at 347-475-8356.
