Reporting A Deceased Person

Our daughter passed away and we are trying to close her facebook account. We have all the pertinent information to prove her death ie: death certificate, funeral home and phone number, etc. The problem of course is that we do not know her password. How can this be taken care of. People are still posting items which we would like stopped.
