How Do I Report Someone Who Is Using Facebook And Scamming People To Get $

There is a guy named Scott Martin that is posing and a guy in the military and asking my mother for $. He is doing this this to a few people on Facebook.

On your timeline, at the gearwheel's drop-down menu, go to Report/Block, and submit the form that comes up.
