How Do I Prevent Someone From Posting Defaming Pictures Of Me On Facebook?

Someone is threatening to post defaming, illegally obtained pictures of me on Facebook in order to get me fired from my job. How do i prevent this? Could I sue Facebook as well as the individual who posts the pictures?
