Someone Posting On My Sister's Fb Page To Promote A Business

My sister(Susan Moon) of Tampa Fla died Jan 5 of this year. I am her sister and have continued to have her FB page on because friends are still making nice comments about her that I enjoy reading. There is a man named Jeff Mensing (one of her friends) who continues to post cancer cures on her site that I have asked him to stop. He continues. I would like to block this man from my precious sister's site. Is it possible?It is very upsetting to my family!
