How Can A Person Post Pictures On My Facebook Acct.

How could some one gain access to my facebook acct. and post pictures of themselfs and daughter with out having my ID or Password? Does it make my facebook acct. more vulnerable if I'm only accessing the acct. via mobile device wi-fi?

Either your account is hacked or your private settings are open that any one can post your information and pictures etc.
