Someone Has Opened A Account With My Name And Copied And Pasted My Photo With It

had a verbal and insulting conversation with a person and i have been accused of it when i have had no recognition and knowledge of it when i have asked to to have a copy of it they have deleted the account so i have been set up so i need to know who who has opened an account in the last 2 days using my name and has since closed it/
