Unfortunately your words may fall on deaf ears. Facebook has arranged themselves so that they are almost impossible to contact.

They have no tech support or customer service phone numbers and emails and letters sent to the head office mostly go unacknowledged.

Still, can't hurt for you to give it a shot. I recommend a registered letter with a signature return.
