i hv delete it from my account. is this possible that she will never read it.

Greetings - Unfortunately the massage will ony remain deleted on your side and not on hers. I personally deleted sent massages on two occassions on my fb application and still got responses on both. The massege storages are unfortunately on intergrated like wall posts.
