How Can I Log In To My Account If It Is Temporarily Suspended?

I want to log in but I can't, my e-mail is either hacked or phished, I don't know what to do.

The most common reason for disabling an account is use of a fake name. Facebook requires real first and last names.

You'll find more details on this Facebook page. You can request a review of the situation here. Write from the login email address associated with your disabled account and include a brief description of your issue.
