Locked Out Of Acct,correct Password Opens Empty New Accout With Same Name

HELP MY REGULAR ACCOUNT IS NOT ACCESSABLE aLL MY INFORMATION , FRIENDS CONTACTS ARE FLOATING AROUND IN FACBOOK SPACE. i CAN'T CLOSE IT AND WHEN MY FRIENDS TRY TO CONTACT ME THEY GET A BLANK PAGE. I'm afraid and need help. They don't seem to care about customer service. I just want to get my information off FB I will not use them. but cant get any help.
