Help My Facebook Is Telling Me I Have Spam And Will Not Let Me In!!

Just tried to log onto facebook and this came up i can no longer get onto facebook help me please :) Sometimes spammers create fake pages that look like Facebook or another website. These pages usually offer you a great deal if you do something in return (ex: get free plane tickets when you copy and paste this special access token). It looks like you pasted sensitive info about your Facebook account onto on of these pages. As a result, your account started spreading spam. Don't worry, we've secured your account.

Greetings - This is normal though some spamming account never lock out their facebook users. Try to log in from a different browser or device. If this lets you in, please follow the instructions on the link be to stop the spamming. If you never go through today, you will just have to petiently keep trying.
