Please Help Me I Have Changed My Mobile Number I Cannot Receive The Verification

PLEASE HELP ME I have changed my Mobile Number I cannot RECEIVE the Verification CODE please allow me to change the data so that I can go on to my page. I know my password.. I just cannot verify my account to get in and change my number. I have no way of getting into my account without checking a non existing number. I cannot help myself.
