All you have to do is go to facebook.com and click on "forgot your password" link underneath where you would normally enter a password. Then enter the email address you used for your facebook account and your password or a way to reset it will be sent to you there. If that doesnt help there are more ways to get the password under the same link. If its your account I know this will get it back for you.
