I Have Forgotten My Facebook Password How Can I Get A New One Without A Code

You cannot.

You can create a new account if you like.

Facebook support is sort of like the IRS.  Hard to reach and they'll let you know when they need to talk to you. 

Your only option is the online password reset forms.  There is no other way to reset things or contact Facebook support.
