Facebook Security Code Number Issue

i'm having trouble getting pass the security code because i no longer have that number and its my old one. about a week ago i sent one of them prove your idenity and had to wait 24 hours for them to respond i had to send them a picture to prove my identiy and i did. they told me they have removed that so i went to log on and its still there is there anyway i can stop it? and what are some pages where i can contact the facebook team?
