Facebook is quite spammed. All the time Facebook finds ways to stop spammers, and spammers find ways to trick facebook. Due to that, ordinary users can get penalized. Especially new users. Those that have an account for several years won't get penalized that easily.

You can always verify your account by the phone number. That way, they will cut you a little slack.

Facebook implement a policy called "Acceptable use"

They can set limits to how often you can use a feature.

If you use it too often, they can stop you from using it for a while. Not only is this to stop you from spamming other users, it's there to provide protection to facebook (too many requests can bring the server to its knees, which means facebook goes down).

I suggest you wait for the feature to be unlocked (should only be a short while), and then tone it down on the usage.

Most probably you are "temporarily" disabled to use that feature. Problem here is facebook has a different kind of "temporary" perception. In the help center they say "few hours/ days", yet I have been disabled to upload videos for more than 6 months by now. I am not really a kind of a video booster or something as I share a video twice or three times in a year . I presume last year I have unintentionally violated a rule in a video I had uploaded, and then they removed it because of copyright infringements. Since then I am "temporarily" disabled, relativity of the time is out of equation
