How Can I Get My Facebook Credits To Go Into Cityville?

I paid for $5 an hour ago for CityVille Cash that went to Facebook credits instead? There was a tunnel that came with the purchase as a prize and I don't have this either. How can I retrieve it and put it back into CityVille where it belongs?

i bought citycash, and it gone from my bank account! but there´s nothing... no citycash in cityville game, and no credits on facebook either.. now what.. is this a SCAM?

What you do is go to "Add Coins & Cash".
Then you select what you want to get (Cityville Cash or Coins; I would suggest getting cash, as coins are much easier to earn, trust me! Also, if you are just using your 25facebook credits, then you can only get fifteen cash instead of higher numbers such as 40 and 75)
Then press "Continue"
A window should pop up, and it should say that the cash costs 20 credits, and that will be taken out of your 25 free facebook credits.
