Sorry for your problems. The most common reason for disabling an account is use of a fake name. Facebook requires real first and last names. You'll find more details on this Facebook page. If you think that may apply to you, you can request a review of your own situation here. Otherwise, your best bet may be to use this form.

Facebook's spam detection system has determined (rightly or wrongly) suspicious or deceptive activity that violates Facebook's Statement of Rights and Responsibilities. For a review you can file this form, or, if you're your page's admin, you can go to your page's admin panel and click Appeal.

Continued prohibited behavior after receiving a warning or multiple warnings from Facebook
Unsolicited contact with others for the purpose of harassment, advertising, promoting, dating, or other inappropriate conduct
Use of a fake name
Impersonation of a person or entity, or other misrepresentation of identity
