Extra Security Feature - Logon Approvals

I have activated the security feature that texts my mobile with a 4 digit sdecurity code then i need to put confirm on my facebook sign on if i am signing on from a device that has not been used to access my facebook account before. i no longer have my mobile number. i cannot retreive the sms, as the number is no longer active. All my devices i had used have been stolen. I ahve emailed my passport and three other idenentity varificaion document to the email address as per the advice on facebooks help page. and for 8 months now I have had no reply and I have no access to my facebook. I have sent this information at least twice a month every month for the last 8 months... and nothing. I wouldnt be so upset if it werent for all my photos I have on my profile that are dear to me as I have lost everything and all I have is on my facebook account.Can you help me remove the added security check or to at least change the mobile number that the security code goes to?
