How Do I Get My Disable Facebook Account Back?

How do I get my facebook account back due to a lie of me being too young. I'm 33 years old. I was born in 1976. There was some mistake somewhere. Or someone got into my account. I got an e-mail saying I had sent something needing to change my birth year.and now you have to close my account because I am under 13. I didn't do it. Please help and restore my facebook account a.s.a.p. Thats not true.I want my account back now. Tryed to get a hold of someone to help and cant. Please open my account back up. Please find someone that can help me and resatore my account. I tryed everything and I'm not getting any help at all. Thanks!
